My name is Armando Vargas. I was born in Los Angeles California but raised in Schuyler Nebraska. Graduated from Schuyler Central High and went on to attend Peru State College. Upon graduating I pursued a career in sales. This led to my 12-year insurance career starting in 2012. I have spent 11 of those years in the agent position.
Currently reside in Omaha Nebraska. I am passionate about helping others in my community and have been active in teaching bilingual business owners and entrepreneurs’ insurance for the past 7 years. Speaking Spanish has helped my career immensely and I hope to continue to help educate others while working in this industry. In my spare time I enjoy being active and love to travel. I love spending time with my family and friends and making great memories together.

Perla has joined Agri-City as a CSR in the Fremont location. Perla was raised near the small town of Howells, NE, living in the country until last year. She is now living in Fremont with her husband, Omar and golden doodle puppy, Bentley. In her free time, Perla loves being outdoors, doing whatever it may be and traveling. Perla started her insurance career with Agri-City out of college and left for a few years and now is excited to be a part of the team once again.

Jon joined the Agri-City team in September of 2025. Jon is a native of Schuyler, Nebraska where he graduated from Schuyler Central High School and then went on to attend and graduate from SSC Lincoln. Upon graduating college in 2004, Jon started his career working for QC Supply managing their retail locations in Schuyler and Elkhorn. In 2012, Jon went into business with his brothers Brad and Brian where he started a health food/meal prep restaurant in Omaha, Nebraska. Jon has experience in management and the restaurant industry. Jon got his real estate license in 2018 and is still an active agent.
Jon currently resides in Elkhorn with his wife Katie and stepdaughters Lydia and Cora. Jon enjoys spending time outdoors with his family; anything from spending time at his cabin fishing or trips to Scottsdale for a little golf and sunshine.
