Jared Heithold - Producer
Jared began his Insurance career with Agri-City in the fall of 2023. He is a native of Wayne where he also graduated from High School. Jared attended and graduated from Southeast Community College in Milford then moved back home. Jared has been row crop and cattle farming in Wayne since 2009. He enjoys donating his time to his church as well as coaching various youth sports. Jared has held positions on the Wayne County Ag Society, Northeast PPD Charitable Giving Committee, Wayne Wrestling Club board, and the Wayne Area Legacy Fund.
Jared and his wife Mandy live outside of Wayne on the family farm with their 4 children. In his free time Jared enjoys attending his children’s sports activities, spending time at the lake, as well as playing golf and basketball.
Deana Leonard - Account Executive
Deana began her career with Agri-City in 2025. Prior to this, she was in education for over 20 years and most recently worked in a hospital setting as a ward clerk/CNA.
Deana graduated from Howells and attended Wayne State College where she received a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in English as a Second Language. She is married to Mark, who is a middle school principal at LCC. They are the parents of 4 children – Jayden, McKenna, Landen and Alyza.
Deana enjoys reading, walking, and spending time with her family. She is an active member of her church and has been involved with Sunday school, Awana, VBS, CE board and missionary board. Both she and her husband have also been active in FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) as huddle leaders for over 15 years.
Deana has a sincere passion to help and serve others. She is committed to using the talents God has blessed her with to serve people connected to Agri-City and the community of Wayne.
Adam Endicott - Producer
Adam joined the Agri-City Insurance team in October of 2023 in the Wayne location. He is licensed in Property & Casualty, Health and Life. Prior to working for Agri-City Adam managed his family’s grocery store Pac N Save, in Wayne. Adam loves being with the public and strives to make sure every customer’s needs are fulfilled.
Adam is a graduate of Wayne High School and attended Wayne State College before he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and served 4 years active duty. Adam enjoys being part of the Wayne community, he is a former president of the Wayne High Athletic Booster Club. Adam and his wife Natalie have 3 children, Easton, Caroline, and Barrett. In his free time Adam enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth baseball and basketball, attending his children’s events supporting Wayne State athletics, golfing and hunting.
